Municipal permission, and any unofficial payments to the authorities will not be added to the contractors account.
Water Provided by Owner (if any case)
Electrical Bills Paid by Owner.
Safety Doors Owners Coast.
Wall decors and any other Stone / wall cladding for balconies or in
Safety grill
Terrace Garden area steel frame with glass roof
Electrical fittings (Decorative lights / fans / Air conditioners / cctv cameras)
Italian marble for
Watch Man (or) watering (owner’s risk). if we provide Salary 8000 /-
Flooring out of the Slab Sft. Rs.50/-
Compound Wall comes Sft. Rs. 250/- (with Pillars Sft. 290/-)
Construction Cost Sft. Rs.

1^st Payment @ 25% = Rs /- Advance before work start.

2^nd Payment @ 25% = Rs /- After completion of Plinth Beam.

3^rd Payment @ 25% = Rs /- After completion of Slab & Brick work.

4^th Payment @ 20% = Rs /- After completion of Plastering, Flooring & ceiling.

5^th Payment @ 5% = Rs /- Before Handing Over.
