  2. Plan Cement Concrete Bedding Using 40mm Metal of proportion 1:2:4, 6” Thick.

  1. Plinth Beam RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm Metal for a Depth of 12” and Width 9” as per structural drawings issued by
  1. RCC Framed Structure in Each Column Having 4 no. Of 16mm Dia. & 2 no. of 12mm dia. Rods for Stirrups 8mm Dia. of Rods will be Used & Concrete M20, Steel as per structural

  7. We will Provide 1000 lit. Capacity of overhead tank
  8. Western Toilet worth Rs. 7500/-with all the Fittings.
  1. Railing Will Provide with Stain less steel circular pipes radial Jindal material.
  1. At Hall TV unit.
  2. At Bedroom wardrob for any one side wall.
  3. At kitchen Base, middle & loft cabinets.

 (Providing and fixing of wardrobe made up of 18mm Gurjan ply with inside 0.8mm off white laminate and outside  1mm approved laminate finish.)

  1. Except kitchen, toilets and balcony’s fall ceiling will be provide.

(Providing & Fixing Gypsum Board for false ceiling with 12’ section, 1’ angle, 12’ parameter paper tape compound gypsum, bolt screw connected with clip, nut & bolt, nail inter 12 ft. etc.,)
